Since version 3.14.1 it's possible to enter the distance in km'ers by adding km after the number

3.14.3:

• New output formats for feeding Garmins: gclist and gcvisits
• Separate output of caches and additional waypoints for GSAK: gpx-gsak, gpx-wpts
